On our last day on our trip to New Zealand we took the ferry across the Auckland harbour to the town of Devonport. We browsed the shops, climbed Mt Victoria had a look at the naval base and the Navy Museum across town. Lucky 7 tally = 9

As you can see, Devonport is an interesting town with a rich history. It rates two stars for us, an interesting diversion from our route home 11,300 km (7000 miles) away
