Holmes Chapel is a large village and civil parish in the unitary authority area of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Until 1974 the parish was known as Church Hulme.
The village centre is about a mile from Junction 18 on the M6, 20 miles north of Stoke on Trent and 25 miles south of Manchester.
