The Full text of the dedication is shown below:
"GARDEN OF REMEMBERANCE
ALBERT HUGH TEARE, J.P.
BORN 1877 - DIED 1932.

HE SERVED THIS ISLAND
AND ITS PEOPLE WITH
ZEAL AND FIDELITY

WE LIVE IN DEEDS NOT YEARS"
