This old flour mill has stood at 466 West 1st Street in Colville for 108 years and is still in continuous use, though no longer as a flour mill. Gathering up some other WMs from around town, we came up with a Lucky 7 for the flour mill.

With construction starting in 1905, the Colville Flour Mill was completed in 1907 by John Lasswell, owner and manager. Lester Coors was the miller. It was used continuously as a roller flour mill until 1960 when it was converted into a feed store. The original machinery is still in the building except for that on the ground floor.
The Colville Flour Mill is a visual landmark in the town of Colville. It is the oldest existing flour mill still standing in Stevens County.
This is the original home of Log Cabin Flour and Pancake Mix. The mill produced high quality flour and other grain products for 55 years. The mill donated a boxcar load of flour to the San Francisco
earthquake victims in 1906.
The flour mill is a City, State and National Historic site, having been placed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 29, 1995.
