This old-time style street clock is located in front of the historic
Andrew T. Gilbert House at
A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village. This style of clock was popular in Salem - the
Pomeroy & Keene clock and the
Jackson Jeweler's Clock are just a few blocks east in downtown Salem's historic district.
The clock face is white with black numerals at each hour. It is free-standing. The words "River City Time" are printed above 6 o'clock. The words "A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village" and a logo appear above the clock face.
