The Pomeroy & Keene Clock sits in front of the Pomeroy building, which served as a jewelry store in the early 20th century. The clock is free-standing and features a white face with black hands and black numerals. The words "Standard Time" are printed on the face. At the top of the clock is a decorative "nameplate" with the letters PK in gold-script and "Pomeroy & Keene" in gold block letters. The base of the clock also says "Pomeroy & Keene" in vertical, gold block letters. The clock base contains the manufacturer's marking "Brown Street Clock Co. Monessen PA." The clock is believed to have been manufactured around 1910.
The clock is typically decorated during the holiday season.
