This is a one-story brick building constructed in 1937. Its style is called False Front Commercial. The building is currently vacant and in need for remodeling. It has some decorative work on the upper wall which lends itself to attractive refurbishing.
There is a stepped parapet, with brick pilasters at either side of the building, as well as either side of the center raised parapet. Corbelled brick embellishments form an interesting cornice. The storefront has a centered recessed entry with display windows on either side. A flat metal canopy hangs above the entire storefront.
This building is item 23 on the District nomination.
