The two-story building at 120 W. Broadway was constructed in 1902. It is red brick and a good example of the Italianate style of architecture. The second floor windows are boarded up, but consist of double hung sashes with transoms. The sills and lintels are stone. The single wood and glass door leading up to this level is located on the east end of the ground floor. This area is vacant and not in use.

Above and below the second floor windows are rows of corbelled brick for decoration. There is a narrow stone cornice below the roofline and stone coping at the roof line. There is a stepped parapet, with finials at the east and west ends of the building. The center pediment has a stone date of "1902". Stone letters are set in a panel beneath the date. Some of the letters have deteriorated but it appears to read CAMPBELL.

The ground floor is occupied as a Merle Norman cosmetic business. The entry is an aluminum and glass single door on the west side. The lower half of the large display windows have been closed off with just the upper halves showing. In 1950, the building was occupied by Ditmore Jewelry.

This building is Item 80 on the National Register nomination.
