This two-story dark red brick building was constructed in 1918 in the Early Commercial style. The storefront has been renovated and now has aluminum-framed glass. The entrance is recessed slightly with a single glass door. Display windows flank the entry which has a fixed transom. The clerestories have been covered with wood paneling.
The three second floor windows have 8/1 double hung sashes. There is a continuous cast concrete lintel above the windows, however, each window has a separate concrete sill. Above the windows is a pressed metal cornice and above that, a band of cast concrete just beneath the roof line.
This building is occupied by Legacy Interiors Plus, a store that deals in antiques, new and used furniture and interior design.
The building is Item 84 on the District nomination.
