This is a three-story brick building constructed in 1922. The second and third floors are divided into three bays by brick columns. One set of wood-framed windows is in each bay. The triple windows consist of a larger center window with smaller ones to each side. Limestone keystones over each set of windows, and limestone caps and bases on the columns add decoration.

Between the second and third floors, flat rectangular panels are surrounded by brick. An elaborate cornice is constructed of limestone above the third floor windows, and a limestone belt course between the first and second floors has stone brackets.

The storefront has a band of limestone surrounding it, and the brick has been stuccoed. There is a centered double-door entry with aluminum and glass framing. Triple display windows flank the entry. Two small flat canopies are installed over each set of display windows, anchored with tie-rods. The clerestories have been covered.

At the center roof line, a nameplate, which is difficult to read, appears to read "Fulfordi Building" in script. This building is Item 66 on the District nomination.
