The building at 104 S. Morton was built in 1902. It is a red brick three-story building in the Richardsonian Romanesque style. There are sandstone sills and lintels on the second floor, and stone columns on the ground floor.

The second and third floors have two sets of paired double-hung windows outlined in brick. The roof line has a raised pediment with a blank brick name plate. This area is quite decorative, with brick and sandstone turrets and corbeled brick.

The storefront has a recessed entrance just left of center, flanked by display windows. The entrance to the upper floors is at the far right. The clerestories are covered with a cloth awning that stretches the full width of the storefront. The building is currently occupied by Ike's Downtown Pub and Eatery which specializes in fish and chips. This building is Item 118 on the District nomination.
