The building at 120 E. 6th Street is a two-story brick building, constructed in 1905 in the Early Commercial style. Other than having the storefront updated with aluminum and glass, the building remains in its original state. It is currently vacant and in need of repair.
The second level has two sets of paired double-hung wood windows, but these are currently boarded up. The windows are connected with continuous rusticated stone sills and lintels. On the upper wall, a row of brick corbeling is attractively done having the appearance of downward pointing arrows. The upper floor brick has been painted yellow.
The ground level storefront has a single metal and glass entry door, with four display windows and clerestories. The windows are partially boarded up at the ground level. An unreadable ghost sign appears above the storefront between the first and second floors.
This building is Item 31 on the district nomination.
