The McKee Building at 106 E. 6th Street is just about identical to the building to the west at 104 E. 6th. Both built in 1902, they are two-story brick buildings with arched brick second level windows.

The upper levels are the same, but the storefronts have been altered. This storefront has an aluminum-framed glass double-door entry on the east, with three full-height display windows to the west. There are six clerestories with a cornice above, which have been boarded up and painted.

The building is vacant at this time, but was recently occupied by Urban Wear store. This building is Item 24 on the historic district nomination.
