The building at 324 W. Chickasha Avenue is a two-story painted brick building with stone coping and brick corbelling for decoration. It was built c. 1903.
On the upper wall, there are three projecting brick vertical designs, and a row of incised squares. The second level has four rectangular window openings which have been covered, but still show the stone headers and sills.
On the first level, the transoms are covered with corrugated asbestos. There are two rectangular display windows east of the recessed entry. The three display windows west of the entry are shorter than those on the west side. At the west end of the storefront, the entrance to the second floor has been converted to a display window, with pink Permastone infilling.
The building is vacant at this time. It is listed as item (23) on the Historic District nomination.
