The building at 105 S. Second Street in downtown Guthrie is located dirctly to the north of the famous Bonfils Building. This is a one-story brick building with no adornments. It was built in 1923.

The storefront has been rehabilitated and has a recessed entrance with display windows to each side. Above each window are four clerestories.

It is currently occupied by Hurley Plumbing Company.
