The concise Barletta Park is located at the corner of Mount Pleasant Street and Broadway Avenue in Rockport, Massachusetts. It is at the heart of tourist activity, shops, restaurants, ocean views and historic districts.

Nestled by a Rockport Garden Club garden, the featured Visitor Information kiosk's bright red siding and weathered cedar roof shingles are easy to spot. The single-shelf, gable style Little Free Library - Charter #44039 is mounted on the shack's south exterior wall. A few modest shade trees protect a couple of wooden picnic tables. Five metal slat park benches are installed around the property. An out-of-the-ordinary-shaped concrete structure - a sort of mechanical utilities enclosure, perhaps - is at the west corner of the park, its quarter round arc wall faces inward and is a backdrop for a circular plaza paved with squared stone blocks. A low and long, redwood slat bench mirrors the wall curve on the patio's opposite side. Access the park from the north, east, and south borders.
