Your goal is to kayak over a natural waterfall, and upload a photo of your attempt. Get wet, have fun, while keeping it safe and within your capabilities (no Niagara Falls shots are necessary), just a small waterfall will do.

To successfully complete this Photo Goal you need to have someone photograph your attempt. Choose a suitable waterfall, your local Canoe/Kayak Club will know your local rivers and may be able to help you select one. Wear all the right safety gear, life jacket, helmet, and let us know where you attempted this feat. Post the co-ords of your chosen waterfall.
Our kayaker was successful at the Waikato Falls, above Beggs Pool on the Tongariro River. It was the Xmas season, hence the silly santa hat over the compulsory safety helmet.
Wearing a silly hat is optional but the helmet is essential! Stay safe and have fun!
Note* Waterfalls must be at least 4 feet high, a definite drop in the river level. A stretch of river rapids does not count, and won't be accepted. It must be a proper water fall.
For safety, it is best to do this goal in a group, don't go solo.
So come on, tick this one off while the temperatures are so hot in the Northern Hemisphere, that's if all your streams haven't dried up. :)
