The IOOF Lodge building is a two-story concrete block building estimated to be built in 1906 as are others in this block. It is constructed in the Italianate style with tall narrow windows, There are three bays on the upper level. The outer bays each have three covered one-over-one double hung windows. The center bay has one window.
On the ground level, there are two storefronts, each with a centered single glass door, flanked by display windows. The clerestories are boarded up. The north storefront has a flat canopy over it. Currently, the south occupancy is a pest control company, and the north storefront is vacant.
The building was constructed for the IOOF and at the roof line, there is a triangular raised parapet reading "IOOF- 133". The IOOF lodge occupied the building at least through the mid 1950's. The building over the years has housed a grocery, electric/plumbing business, a machine shop and auto service.
