The building at 480 Main Street is a one-story property constructed c. 1945 as Ersdiek’s
Pharmacy. The building has a flat corner entrance that holds a single-light
commercial style door. The entry bay door is surrounded by synthetic materials (serving as infill)
and a one-over-one window offsets the entrance at the south. The roof projects above the
entrance, supported by a single round column. This is an original feature of the building. The
west elevation holds a centered enclosed commercial window that is flanked by smaller enclosed
windows." ! NRHP Nomination Form (adjusted)
