The Wilson I property is located at 11 Burns Ave. It is a white clapboarded 1 1/2 story home. It has enclosed porch, unlike the Fletcher Burn houses across the street.

Properties on Burns Ave form a significant portion of the western boundary of the Main Street Historic District. Charles Fletcher and other speculators had been building though out the village. Fletcher built along a new street called Fletcher St (to be renamed Burns Ave). This is one of the few areas in the village where planned development is apparent. The uniformity of the architecture is still pronounced and the large wood stoop hoods have been preserved. Over the decades, successive owners have added their personal touches to the houses, however they all maintain the basic structure when they were built. In 1898 eight of the Burn St cottages were sold to a local liquor dealer, Andrew Burns. Burns moved his family into one of the small houses while he built a large house at the corner of Main and Fletcher.

Many of the other neighborhoods in Millville were Irish, the Burns Ave families were predominately Swedish.

The houses on the other side of Burns Ave included 3 lots. Williard Wilson Jr built the houses on this side of the street between 1886 and 1898. Two of the houses remain.
