This is a one-story brick building constructed in 1925. The upper brick wall is painted beige and there is a corbelled brick cornice and stone coping.
A single entry door is centered with display windows to the side. All of this area is in very poor condition. The door, sidelights and transom are boarded up. One of the display windows is boarded, and the other has glass, but is covered from inside. The windows have tile kick plates. The clerestories are covered with a painted corrugated metal siding. A metal canopy described on the District nomination is no longer there.
The building is vacant and in very poor condition. This building is Item 72 on the District nomination.
