This two-story buff-colored brick building, constructed in 1920, is in the Early Commercial style. A stone nameplate on the upper wall reads "19 ROBERT B. COPELAND 20".

There is a stepped parapet with stone coping and three pairs of double-hung windows with their original wood framing. Each pair of windows has a continuous stone lintel and sill.

At the left of the storefront there is a metal door leading to the second floor. The first floor entrance is a set of double metal doors, over which a gabled roof has been added. The two display windows have been covered with painted wood. The clerestories have been covered with wood paneling. A one-story addition has been added to the west side of the building for vehicle drop-off.

This building is Item 17 on the District nomination.
