"This wood frame one-story residence sits on a raised basement. It is clad in horizontal wood siding and scalloped shingles. There are modest Queen Anne decorative elements. A portion of the front porch has been enclosed. In the 1920s this structure was added to, with a single story commercial building running from the house to the sidewalk . Original construction date c. 1891-1895"
