New to Waymarking is the ability to setup RSS feeds to help you stay current on the latest site activities. Be notified instantly of the newest waymarks and categories, as well as subscribe to your favorite waymarker's profile to see what new waymarks he or she has created.
RSS is a simple XML-based system that allows users to subscribe to their favorite websites. Once you download and install an RSS-aware program and subscribe to a feed, it will run in the background and alert you periodically when updates occur.
RSS-aware programs are available for various operating systems, and are easy to download and install. You can find a list of several free RSS readers here:
