Location of man: Nathan Dean Blvd. & Jimmy Campbell Parkway, Dallas Crossing strip mall, Dallas

My guess is this is a Uniroyal Gal dressed up to play Wonder Woman...either for Halloween or just fun make believe.

Like the big guy with the wrench on the other side of the parking lot, I see no business that makes this statue appropriate to draw in customers
