About 65 feet north of the centerline of Highway 7 and 540 feet west of Highway 97, FELTON is about 30 feet east of the southeast corner of the substation fence. It's in a little depression near the edge of the gravelled lot on the east side of the substation. Two witness posts make it relatively easy to spot.
