A seven story beaux-arts commercial building erected in 1924. This building has suffered a similar fate to much of Port Arthur's traditional downtown area, by falling into abandonment and disrepair over the years.

The building was constructed in 1924 by John R. Adams, and served as offices for doctors, attorneys, insurance, and other businesses. The building was later renamed the World Trade Building.
Each side has a single oval balcony on the 6th floor, and a square balony on the 7th floor provides a roof of sorts. The building is red brick with white cement detailing.
