City park outdoor sheets of ice are free and open to the public. This location has a sheet of ice for general skating, right hand side, and another inside hockey boards, with lights, to the left.
There are no signs posted, but ice with hockey boards, like this rink, are commonly thought of as No Figure Skates areas. The hockey players don't like what the toe picks do to the ice.
