The Alley Car bar is a local watering hole offers craft beers on tap, and local spot to hide for the college crowd that overloads the other bars in town.
See history note below, this bar, The Alley Cat, was created in 2005, the owner brought in craft beers both in long necks and draft, and provide the locals a place to hide from the college kids.
Now, just why Kermit is hanging on the outside wall, I can not find that answer.
The statue is made of tin ans other metal parts.
