Ein Teil des Freizeitparks Rheinaue ist als Hundefreilauffläche ausgewiesen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine etwa 10.000 Quadratmeter große Wiese westlich des Haupteingangs des Parks. Die Wiese ist nicht eingezäunt und von Wegen und Bäumen umgeben. In der Mitte gibt es Bänke, Wassernäpfe, Kotbeutel und Mülleimer. Gepflegt wird die Wiese - wie die gesamte Rheinaue - von der Stadt Bonn.

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz für die Hundefreilauffläche, die angegebenen Koordinaten sind daher direkt von der Wiese. Der Hauptparkplatz der Rheinaue ist ganz in der Nähe und kann von Hundebesuchern kostenfrei genutzt werden. Die Koordinaten vom Parkplatz sind unter "Additional Parking" angegeben.

Part of the park Freizeitpark Rheinaue is designated as an off-leash dog area. It is about 10,000 square meters of meadow west of the main entrance of the park. The meadow is not fenced and surrounded by paths and trees. In the middle there are benches, water bowls, poop bags and trashcans. The meadow is maintained - like the entire Rheinaue - by the city of Bonn.

There is no designated parking for the dog area, the coordinates are therefore directly from the meadow. The main car park of the Rheinaue is very close by and can be used free of charge by dog visitors. The coordinates of the car park are indicated under "Additional Parking".
