[FR] Le socle abrite le tribunal ; le bastion héberge les espaces de détentions ; et les trois blocs d’espaces administratifs et juridictionnels forment la tour.
Le tribunal a comme particularité ses “tailles de guêpe” situées aux niveaux 9, 19 et 29, structures en biseau qui “cassent” la verticalité du bâtiment. Des poutres de béton précontraint portent les dix étages supérieurs et reportent le poids vers les noyaux.
La présence de terrasses arborées à ces mêmes étages différencie aussi le tribunal d’une tour ordinaire de bureaux.
[EN] Within the base is a court; adjoined to this, the bastion hosts detention spaces and three administrative and legal spaces are located in the tower.
The complex features stacked volumes decreasing in size on the 9th, 19th and 29th floors, which break up the verticality of the building. Prestressed concrete beams support the ten upper floors and divert the weight towards the cores.
The presence of terraces planted with trees on these same floors also makes the complex stand out from ordinary office towers.
