The title of this building was translated for me by a Thai national, as a "government building". It is located not in the government district, which is a little out of town, but it is in the 'best' part of the small city of Singburi, not far from the one and only Starbucks. I suspect that, a life time ago, it was the municipal government building, when Singburi was an even tinier town.

The two-story building itself is nestled amongst a bevy of small shops, and it is now apparently a retail outlet. The Thai inscription, at roof top level, is black against the white building, is easily seen along the street.
Year of construction: 1958

Full inscription:
Government Building 1958 (translated from Thai)
