Right around the corner from Project Row Houses, this quarter-block sculpture park, designed by Houston-native Bert L Long, Jr, showcases his art -- forty eyes sitting upon forty pedestals, creating a 'field of vision.'

This sculpture park began in the Fifth Ward, but was moved to the Third Ward near Project Row Houses. The park is always in a different state. Vandals damage it (usually knocking the eyes off the pedestals), then the community rebuilds it. Plentiful street parking is available in this area.
