A three-span closed spandrel deck arch bridge over Deep Fork Creek on NE Grand Blvd in NE Oklahoma City, northwest of ML King Blvd and southeast of NE 63rd St. 86 feet long, 29.2 feet wide. The downstream side parapet has been replaced.
