The current Drumright High School is a beautiful three story brick building at 301 S. Pennsylvania, which was constructed in 1919. Near the front entrance to the school, a granite monument is dedicated to Drumright's FIRST graduating class, which took place at the former Washington School at 214 W. Federal,and to Drumright's education excellence. The link below is a newspaper article about the old Washington School which closed its doors in 1971, and was demolished in 2000. The monument reads:
