This Dedicated Bench is made of hollow, ribbed, extruded aluminium slats, fixed to heavily galvanised steel frame-ends, that are set in small blocks of concrete. It is on a sloping grassy hillside, overlooking the Lions River Front Park, and the Murray River.

The seat is about 1.5 metres wide, with four extruded slats used for the backrest, and four slats for the seat part. In the centre, between the top two slats of the backrest is a printed square plaque with the Rotary logo, held by two rivets, each, to the top, and second-top slats. There are three separate etched, stainless steel plaques on the third-from-top slat. (Each held in place by two pop-rivets.) The inscriptions are as follows:

[Logo] Rotary Club of Waikerie
Philip NEILSON
President 1984/85

-------

[Logo] Rotary Club of Waikerie
Dean GROSSE
President 1986/87

-------

[Logo] Rotary Club of Waikerie
Julian LUGG
President 1992/93
