A bronze plaque to 2nd Lt. Ernest Geoffrey Crisp with embossed lettering and badge of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment above the inscription. The whole inscription is surrounded by an embossed border with the top consisting of gothic-style tracery.

AND ONLY SON OF GEORGE E. CRISP

Details : Native of Evesham, Worcestershire.
The 15th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment was also known as the Birmingham Pals Battalion. The battalion landed in France at Boulogne on 21st November 1915, Second Lieutenant Ernest Crisp was killed only a few weeks later on 16th December 1915."
