A dove of peace bearing an olive branch appears on the headstone marking the final resting place of Martha Jane Mead, in historic New Hope Cemetery, west of Briar in rural Parker County, TX. Thanks to Findagrave for information about her name.

This white marble headstone has funeral draping over the top and the sides. The dove with the olive branch is above "Mother", and the inscription reads:
