Pískovcová socha. Na nízkém stupni hranolový odstupnený podstavec se zvlnenými nárožími a vysazenou krycí deskou. Na celní strane stále citelný nápis s chronogramem: HonorI DIVIIoannIs NepoMVCensI ErloI CVraVIt Ioannes BabtIsta comes debreda. Na dalším nízkém podstavecku nadživotní plastika svetce v tradicním šate, poklekajícího se sepjatýma rukama. Vpravo u jeho nohou andílek, který drží kríž, na druhé strane zrejme hlava andílka.
