This is a common model, with floral detail throughout, and funeral draping atop the obelisk. The family name, "Williams", is on the front, with a plow on the obelisk shaft, and the panel reads:

Born Nov. 13, 1821,
At Carno, North Wales,
Died May 10, 1875,
Age 54 Years, 5 Mos., 27 Days.
Note the "Faith in Every Footstep 1847-1997" marker affixed to the headstone. These were placed by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1997 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of their arrival here in the Salt Lake Valley, and there are many of them to be found throughout the cemetery.
Going around the obelisk, there is a mourning dove to be seen on side two, and the panel reads:
Zachariah D. Williams,

April 22, 1871,
At Taylorsville, Utah,
Died January 2, 1877,
Age 6 Years, 8 Mos., 10 Days.
There is a sheaf of wheat, denoting harvest, to be seen on the obelisk shaft on side three, and the panel reads:
Harriet Davis Williams,
Born at Gredegar, South Wales,
April 6, 1834,
Died at Taylorsville, Utah,
May 10, 1908.
Finally, there is a lamb on side four, and the panel below it reads:
Hannah Williams,
Born June 3, 1864,
at Tredager, South Wales,
Died June 12, 1869,
Age 15 Years, 9 Days.
