New Family Resource Center open for tours in Live Oak - News Article Locations on Waymarking.com

"The public is invited to tour Community Bridges” new Live Oak Family Resource Center on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The center is at 1740 17th Ave., near Capitola Road.

The drop-in tours will give visitors a first-hand look at green construction, which emphasizes sustainable construction materials and practices. Building features include radiant floor heating, natural light and permeable paved surfaces.

Visitors will also be given an 18-point self-guided tour manual developed by building architect Jacqueline Lowe." (visit link)
