Upper Largo, also known as Kirkton of Largo, is a small village overlooking Largo Bay and the Firth of Forth on the southern shore of the Kingdom of Fife. It lies on the A915 and A917 roads, inland from the larger village of Lower Largo which lies on the coastline. The volcanic plug of Largo Law dominates the countryside to the north and it is under its southern slope that Largo Cemetery lies.
The cemetery is at North Feus, up a narrow minor road leading north-westwards from the A915 out of the village where it is situated just past the primary school. The large, sloping, rectangular site is treelined but open enough for views to the Law, and over Largo Bay.
