This beacon light at the Reading Regional Airport KRDG sits close to the road but behind a fenced in parking area for the charter airplanes. It can be seen immediately after turning off of Bernville Road.

Reading Airport was opened in April 1938 as a civil airport preparing air crews to participate in World War II. Today, the airport is a full service airport operating two charter airlines - Reading Air and Millennium Aviation.
