In the design of the tower, all proportions have a numerical meaning, derived from Garcets's philosophy inspired by the Bible and pacifism. The tower consists largely of stacked flint blocks. It stands on the edge of a slope and is 12.70 meters high from the plateau. From the main entrance on the slope, however, it is 16.80 meters high. Below the ground level there is a basement of 3.40 meters high giving access to a flint quarry, which is rarely publicly accessible due to vandalism. The building has seven floors.
The tower is square and the four sides of 12 meters are oriented towards the four directions: north, east, west and south. The four corners are formed by round corner towers that function as columns. On the roof of the tower there is a concrete cast sculpture on the battlements of each of the four corner towers. Each statue represents one of the winged cherubs who announce the apocalypse: the Bull on the northwest side, the Man (in a sphinx form) on the southwest side, the Lion on the southeast side and the Eagle on the northeast side.
The foundations for the tower were laid in 1951. In 1965 the tower was completed from the outside including the four statues on the towers.
From the main entrance a monumental staircase leads down the hill whose dimensions are also taken from Garcet's personal number theory, based on the Bible book of Revelation of John. At the foot of this staircase there is a cromlech on the left, a stone circle, with twelve upright stones that are placed exactly 3.33 meters apart. A broken rocket is placed opposite the tower as a symbol of Garcet's pacifism. A broken gun has also been placed on the tower.
