Charleton Golf Course lies on the Charleton House Estate, owned by Baron St.Clair Bonde, overlooking the Firth of Forth which lies two miles to the south. The course was opened as a pay and play facility by former President George Bush Sr in 1994, and now has a membership.
The course is on rolling parkland, with the front nine on the north side of the clubhouse on the higher ground with views south over the Firth of Forth, and towards Edinburgh. The back nine is on the lower ground south of the clubhouse. The course plays to a par 71 off the yellow tees with three short holes and two par fives.
The course can be found on the B942 road just west of the village of Colinsburgh.
