With a low-pitched, corrugated iron roof, and brown brick exterior, this building was built in 1997, with functionality in mind. It is set well back from the street, and is nicely landscaped. Someone was vacuuming inside when I arrived, and was polite to let me take a photo inside.
There was a lacquered brass plaque on the entry wall for the opening of the Church in 1997, which reads:
This Church Complex was Opened
on May 4th 1997 by
Kent Andrew - Member for Chaffey
and
Neil Watts - President of the
S.A. Conference of Seventh Day Adventists
To the glory of God and for the
benefit of the Community
I was told that they have an active Adventurer and Pathfinder club, and if you visit on any Sabbath that you are welcome to stay after the Divine Service for the 'Potluck Lunch'. There is plenty of off-street parking.
