Kentwood Alliance Church is appropriately named as it is located in the Kentwood West area of Red Deer. Red Deer is halfway between Alberta's two largest cities, Edmonton and Calgary.

When approaching Kentwood Alliance Church you know you have arrived as the large steeple is one of the main features of this contemporary church. Extensive glass is used to highlight the main entrance. Kentwood Alliance Church is situated on about 1/3 acre lot and the street is lined with large maple trees. The large parking lot predominates the front of the church and could use some resurfacing.
We visited Red Deer several years ago and was surprised how big it has grown. The population is in excess of 100,000 residents and does not seem to be slowing down as new construction is underway.
