This pavilion is named in honor of T.W. "Buck" Sincox. A man of community services; former Washington Postmaster; Chamber of Commerce president; Director of Downtown Washington; Washington school board member; and life member of the Washington Lion's Club. Thank You, Buck, for many years of service and friendship.
