Ocean Springs Beach at Plummer Point Ocean Springs MS is a great place for children as the water is shallow for a good distance. Nice view of the I 90 Biloxi Bay bridge lighted at night. When we visited we pretty much had the beach to ourselves.
They keep the beach groomed so it is very clean. The also provide an outdoor shower near the coordinates to rinse off the sand and salt water.
