This municipal building is located at 110 W. Main and houses the town's governing offices. It is a one-story concrete block building with a slight gabled metal roof. The front of the building has a brick veneer. There are three separate single entrances for the town hall, police department and emergency management offices.
To the right of the town hall entrance, the cornerstone is a large granite block, surrounded by rusticated stone blocks. Engraved with the Masonic emblem, the cornerstone reads:
